Alex was serving as a Psychiatric Social Worker at Metropolitan State Hospital, and Alexis was pursuing her doctorate in Psychology, specializing in treatment related to criminal behavior and legal cases. What started as a professional camaraderie rooted in mutual dedication to social service evolved into a meaningful and personal connection. A shared commitment to one another and creating positive change inspired their move from Los Angeles to Washington, D.C., where Alexis began her doctoral internship at St. Elizabeths Hospital. After earning her PsyD, Alexis established Wit & Reason, a mental health consultation firm supporting leaders and teams in tech and entertainment to thrive creatively and professionally.
